Edition of five, plus one artist’s proof

This picture was taken on Dec 19, 2004 in Umiray, northeastern Philippines, a few days after two deadly typhoons devastated the region. In the face of a major setback, people went against the odds to rebuild their lives, and were cheered on by the spirit of the forthcoming Christmas.  Exactly a week later, an even bigger disaster – the Asian Tsunami – struck the region, killing over 200,000 people in Sri Lanka, India, Indonesia, Thailand.

About the print:
– Print size: 22″ x 17″ or 559mm x 432mm
– Each print is carefully made with the Epson Stylus Pro 9900 Printer, using original Epson inks.
– The paper for this edition is Museo Silver Rag, 300gsm.
– Signed with title, edition number, and year, with ink, recto and verso; and seal of authenticity on lower right corner of print.
